Valkyrie's abilities

So In terms of Valkyrie's leaked abilities, one thing that's stay is hover, but tactical(cluster missiles) and ultimate(skyward) will not. In my observational and Speculational thought, I think the tactical is her jets, provided limited flight in the short period of time. The reason why is that we need an movement style tactical which is aerial maneuverability or flight. Adding cluster missiles as an tactical will very akin to Fuse's knuckle cluster since its has a same status effect even though it has damage which doesn't consider to be a tactical at all.. Plus we don't need another explosive tactical, we have fuse's tactical. Also cluster missiles has to fired from the ground, not in mid air. Which leads to the ultimate, it should be Similar to Northstar's Flight core or aerial missile barrage. Skyward is very akin or similar to Horizon's Gravity Lift which its very disproved the characters skills and gameplay core mechanics. Now both Horizon and Valkyrie has to be balanced since Horizon's Gravity Lift for example are team based while Valkyrie's possibly jet tactical(not skyward) is solo based and provide more control. So What do you guys think about this? Remember, those leaked abilities can change at anytime even at the last minute before release. Respawn, if you read this, please consider this and keep that in mind in future if you want to change Valkyrie's abilities because it doesn't make any type of sense in my personal opinion.
