Valkyrie's Jets need to be nerfed to be in-tuned with other movement legends.

Before readying, please understand that this is not a suggestion to nerf Valkyrie due to aim issues, but rather a nerf for the ability to spend an easily rechargeable resource, with no defined cooldown (something like a tactical's 20 second cooldown), to get an insane amount of horizontal and vertical movement, as well as a speed boost. Simply put, her VTOL jets provide her with too much mobility with next to no cost, especially when compared to other movement legends.

For comparison's sake:
- Octane's speed boost costs health, and only boosts the movement that he is initially provided with (He needs to use an ultimate / teammates abilities to go insane distances)
- Pathfinder requires aim and a hefty cooldown depending on distance travelled
- Horizon is only upwards movement (slight horizontal movement when exiting her Gravity lift, however), with another long cooldown
- Loba needs time to cast her tactical (based on distance, of course) with a cooldown of its own

Possible solutions are:

1. Straight-up remove the speed-boost she gets while using her VTOL jets

2. Reduce the amount of energy she holds / how much she uses 
3. Reduce she Vertical speed she gets when using her Jets
