Vantage bird mechanic

I think having to look at the bird to activate her tactical is a limit to vantages usage. If possible it would be good to activate her tactical while not looking at the bird, cause, that would allow her to preemptively place her bird where needed, and simply activate it as long as theres no obstruction between the legend and  the bird. This would make her more versatile, and its not a game altering mechanic. Having to look at the bird and activate it, or having to actively place the bird in your line of sight kinda makes the legend waste unecessary time when in the middle of a fight when i could simply activate it if i have a preemptive bird already placed to escape.
