If you go into settings, and turn on advanced settings, then go to aim down sight settings, you can speed up the 4x from there. Just make sure once you exit that you turn of advanced settings when your are done. I sped up my 1x, 2x, 3x and 4x each by one awhile back and it helped a lot.
