vantage's sniper damage increase to 80 > 100 with 25% dmg amp?

That's it, I think vantage's sniper is worse than ground loot snipers, changing the first shot damage to 80 and the marked target damage to 100 with a 25% damage amp on the target should make it at l...

@KrakaDrak short answer: No.

long answer: Sheilla is strong, but you also have a wind up time and limited movement. What are the snipers disadvantages to balance it out?

Vantage sniper is already powerful thanks to its fast rate of fire and fast bullet speed and MOST IMPORTANTLY it's an extra sniper which means you can still carry 2 close/mid range weapons while being able to snipe ppl long range

    I feel Legends abilities being weapons is an issue in itself.
