Vantage's ult doesn't behave like a sniper

Vantage is billed as a sniper. Her ult is called "sniper's mark." So why doesn't it behave like a sniper?

Sniper weapons typically reward precision and punish inaccuracy. Typically, you need to hit headshots in order to be effective. Even the devs seem to agree, based on this comment in today's patch notes:

Dev Note: For our Snipers, we’ve tuned their headshot damage to be much more impactful rather than increase their base body shot damage. This is to key into their role and fantasy as precision weapons that reward patient and skilled gameplay. To hammer this home, we’ve reduced the amount of damage they deal to limbs. These weapons benefit greatly from well placed shots and we don’t want that to change.

Vantage's ult is a sniper in name only. I say this because two shots into an enemy's toe is enough to deal 175 damage. This is in addition to the rifle having massive bullets that make it easier to land shots. Vantage's sniper doesn't require anything near the level of precision that other snipers in the game do.

tl;dr - In my opinion, either Vantage's ultimate should be reworked, or the name should be changed to reflect the fact that it's not really a sniper.
