Views on AIM assist

So to wrap things up: No, aim assist is not cheating, it's like stated time and time again to set everyone at eye level in terms of accessibility when it comes to controlls, for example being shot in the back and having to turn 180° and align your target, it's most basic movement but you tell me who can respond to it faster, with Sticks it's surely harder to precisely turn plus set on target, while with M&K it's a flick of the wrist, sure it involves practice on both ends but ultimately M&K is and will always be way more responsive and thats just one little example.

Halo for example has tournaments on a competitive level and they have not only aim assist, they also have so called "Sticky aim" 343, the studio is well aware of this and gave therefor the option to disable crossplay and disabled assistance for PC overall, so you can't just plug your controller into your PC and benefit from the AA from there.

I do understand absolutley that it can be a pain, especially when the R99 laser comes about, but same is very well archivable via M&K, it's harder for us to master surely but therefor console players have the one or the other struggle we don't, might want to take these things into consideration.

In the end it remains a game..treat it as such.
