Views on AIM assist

Aim assist isn't cheating by definition as its allowed by the developers, but in reality it is.  It's just an aimbot/auto locking mechanism that wasn't allowed before.  It's fine to have a little bit of aim assist for controllers to move a little bit, but auto locking clearly destroys the fun and apex had overdid it way too much.  As much as a ton of players were complaining, the developers are deaf listening to opinions, locking posts to comments they dislike, perhaps is why they doesnt even improve.  In an actual fps game without these aimbots I have like 1.5 to 2 kda, where in apex i was like 0.4? It's just laughable.   Yet the fanboys here will tell you aim assist didnt do much you can still do well with mouse blah blah blah a load of bs.

For a professional mouse gamer on fps of course they still can do well, but for the general leisure mouse players aim assist just kind of suck and unfair in all sense. They should at least separate the game/pool for mouse and controllers, nerf it or support mouse.
