Volt / Devotion too powerful. Time to kill feels like CoD.

New meta is volt or devotion and get somewhat close.  Near instant time to kill.  Why does this feel like call of duty now?  I don't play CoD because of the very fast time to kill.  Poor decision in ...

Devotion was silently nerfed from 17 to 16 damage per bullet.  Recoil was slightly increased.  The devotion is on their radar for more changes.

Still very powerful weapon.  Can be hip fired without much penalty.
