@papahandsoap I do think that seer is overpowered, while he cannot see you through walls he can see generally where you are, and also his ult is basically wallhacks, Bloodhound is balanced because he can only see you for a bit and his ult is basically just a digital threat with footprints highlighted. I would say that seer is the only hacky legend, and I don't think that people should not be allowed to use them competitively.
