That sucks. I must chastise you for spending money on this game though. Shame on you.
You should only spend money on games that deserve it, and EA does not deserve it. They lost the Star Wars license for a reason.
@PraetorOfOlea You are absolutely right. That was my plan and the reason I saved up the 126 packs for like 3-4 seasons. When the shards didnt come in those packs, I fell into the gamblers trap. I kept telling myself it will come in the next 10, next 10, next 10...etc. I am upset with myself for spending what I spent. However that pales in comparison with how enraged I am at the fact that I spent all that money now knowing that getting the heirloom was not possible. As you can imagine, my frustration grows with each minute that Apex support provides no response.
