OMG! I was just told by 2 separate support reps that every single post I have ever read regarding the chances of getting an heirloom are wrong. They both made it very clear that you are not guaranteed heirloom shards if you open 500 packs. I am in a state of shock.
Has the entire APEX community been operating under false assumptions that 1 in 500 chance does not mean what all these website says that it means? That if you open 500 packs, you may not get heirloom shards?
Holy cow. If that isn't the definition of "deception for personal gain", I am not sure what is. I am literally in a state of shock.
@xXStatelessXx I mean, I've heard that they don't want to increase the max level from 500 to something higher because you would have to get more packs. They sadly want you to pay. Honestly, I've made a post about if they made their shop (the online shop where you can get PHYSICAL items) better, they wouldn't have to grind player's wallets in-game.
