Warning: 501 Apex Packs - 0 Heirloom Shards

@xXStatelessXx It is quite impossible for the system not do what its built to do. If you have truly open 500 actual packs you would have the heirloom. Its just a rough system is all. 1 in 500 chance at heirloom the 500th 100% granting it to said user. One my heirlooms took all 500 packs another took 232 packs another took 2 packs.
