Wattson Rework idea

Instead of the traditional fences she should have lasers she can shoot from across the room into walls and floors making then connect across in a single line(wall to wall) or standard fence laser(floor-floor/wall placement) these will look and act like the red lasers you see in spy movies, which actually shock and slow the opponents, as they currently(get it) don’t feel like that do anything to a seasoned player.  This would allow her to set up low or high fences when put into walls aiding in sneak ability while still being visible. The base should be a smaller target with more hp to not destroy as easily. This aids Wattson in setting up fences faster so she isn't forced to walk directly into danger when setting up fences in an open area(since most of all maps have open field areas that make it impossible for her unlike the other defensive legends)  Her passive should gain shields a little bit faster, and continue with the duel accels(honestly I could care less with the duel accels if this rework went through it would be enough to remove the duel accels.) Her ult should actually work while not negating teammates nades or ults as no other legends ult directly impedes on teammates in such a way.
