Weapon buffs and nerfs

Spitfire - vertical recoil reduction - horizontal recoil reduction L-star - vertical recoil reduction - horizontal recoil reduction - increase rounds fired before completely overheating from 23...

The havoc needs a damage reduction. I wouldn't say by much maybe put it at 14 per shot and a more recoil to the weapon then it should be perfect.
