Try using Google Public DNS rather than your ISPs default:

@EA_Barry Gave this a go using the IPV4 mentioned in the document you attached, disconnected in the middle of my first game.

Thanks for trying, but this is unacceptable.

This is not the answer. It also happens on Xbox One making the game unplayable. It literally drops to 5fps every gunfight and skips a few frames whenever you open doors or mount walls. Is anyone bothering to look into this?
