What gender is Bloodhound?

I feel like Bloodhound is a male because his voice sounds more masculine than feminine. I get voice alternators and stuff, but, nobody ese has one, so...

I see it this way: BH is voiced by a woman and since I'v known that, I do hear the female russian/german (stretched) accent in her voice whenever she speaks therefore I consider her a woman.
