- Palette24carats4 years agoSeasoned Ace@espadakillar69 nah , I used to play 100% of the time Apex rank most of the time solo sometimes duo in rank and a few times full stack I was really enjoying Apex but this season I spend like 30% of my play time on Apex and have more fun on other games.
In rank gold 4 we get:
-masters and old preds (smurfs?) from previous seasons
-bronze and rookie random teammates
-higher entry costs
-hard demotions (you lose points you didnt lose)
-tons of ranks smurfs that come from the higher ranks to destroy you
But this is of no concern for Respawn, their only concern is that
the top 1% of players "feel" rank is worth it. Imagine enjoying apex LMAOO the game has truly reached its rock bottom, it’s honestly time to look towards something else
Issues not being fixed, thats wrong.
- @rt5tepspv1yn Not only that but the game is truly just trash at this point
- Bronsn4 years agoRising Veteran@espadakillar69 Season 13 is the worst Season ever and i'm since s1 here. ..
I'm done with this game until they fixed it back as it was before s13.
Hopefully they lost a lot of money to feel the * they have done with apex. I think we're seeing the beginning of the end for Apex. The changes that were made only took into account the top 0.2% and left everyone else to suffer. As a result it's likely we see large player disengagement and even worse matchmaking creating a vicious circle.
The only real solution, given the total lack of ownership and communication from the dev team is to find some fun in a different game. The Cycle releases in two days which is another free to play option.
Yes, it's surprising to see one company only to try to make his game worse over time. Making bigger maps that has as few real drop places as any other small map and only consists of open areas, hiding all the guns that people like and use, making people earn points in ranked system only to avoid the fights for most of the time.
- Palette24carats4 years agoSeasoned Ace@Hellbr3ath It's stupid, what they wanted in fact was that no average player reach master... they didnt have to make us pay for what pros think is a good ranking system they simply had to :
-make kills worth 1 point only for masters
-give hard demotions only to masters
-have higher entry costs only for masters
that way you could never stay master if you didnt have the skills or the team for it My ‘’enjoyment’’ of Apex Legends is more of a love/hate situation, I’m genuinely debating on just uninstalling and switching over to Fortnite as cringe as that sounds because I’ve actually been enjoying it since they added the new slide and climbing mechanics and I can just hop on Team Rumble with unlimited respawns or play some solos if I actually feel like playing BR but whenever I’m on Apex I just find myself getting stuck in the same cycle of getting into a match, looting, dying, instantly leaving, on repeat and only actually getting to play the game for like 1 match out of 15-20+ games so ya... I just don’t want to play anymore at least until Control Mode becomes permanent (if it ever does)
Apex just doesn’t feel like a game for casual players, its Ranked and Ranked 2.0 and nothing more or less that’s pretty much all it is... I miss when Apex actually was fun to play like during Iron Crown Solos, Third Person Mode, Gold Rush Duos or whatever mode we had Mastiff and Krabers in, Dummies Big Day, Armed and Dangerous (its returning soon but honestly its the only mode that ever returns...), etc
@TheApexLegendNub at this point in Apex's lifespan the return of Solo's would be a terrible idea
