My ‘’enjoyment’’ of Apex Legends is more of a love/hate situation, I’m genuinely debating on just uninstalling and switching over to Fortnite as cringe as that sounds because I’ve actually been enjoying it since they added the new slide and climbing mechanics and I can just hop on Team Rumble with unlimited respawns or play some solos if I actually feel like playing BR but whenever I’m on Apex I just find myself getting stuck in the same cycle of getting into a match, looting, dying, instantly leaving, on repeat and only actually getting to play the game for like 1 match out of 15-20+ games so ya... I just don’t want to play anymore at least until Control Mode becomes permanent (if it ever does)
Apex just doesn’t feel like a game for casual players, its Ranked and Ranked 2.0 and nothing more or less that’s pretty much all it is... I miss when Apex actually was fun to play like during Iron Crown Solos, Third Person Mode, Gold Rush Duos or whatever mode we had Mastiff and Krabers in, Dummies Big Day, Armed and Dangerous (its returning soon but honestly its the only mode that ever returns...), etc

@TheApexLegendNub at this point in Apex's lifespan the return of Solo's would be a terrible idea

Ive been binge playing Apex since launch - probably on average of 6 hrs a day for close to 3 years, completely addicted.
Now, It baffles me to know that I am actually playing the same game. This is the worst state this game has ever been, in my opinion. I now play once ever 2 to 2 and a half weeks for about 30 minutes. That seems to be all I can handle before wanting to throw my controller through my TV. Crazy I was able to play 6 straight hrs, 8 hrs on days off without a break, other than to get high and take a bathroom break. Sad - that speaks volume!
I don't spend anymore money on the game either, why would I for a product that gives me nor brings me any joy. I have spent a lot of money on this game over the last three years. Respawn should know, I am proof, that if Apex keeps going this route, the income from the player base will decline without a doubt.
There are just too many bugs and issues that have been neglected for far too long. Sad that the cosmetic store seems to always get updated without fail. Greed destroys fun.
Thanks Respawn. Thank you for creating a game I loved more than any game Ive ever played since I was a kid. And thanks for bringing that to an end.
RIP Apex Legends.

I second this. For the good of the last year and a half. We have bread crumbs of new content. But hey, new skins we can't see in First person keep on coming out.
We've had control, arenas, which bring a new perspective on the BR we started playing. May you join on release day or joined just last week. New content isn't always what we need.
As an avid apex enjoyer, my appreciation for the game has diminished. We were given promises that still hasn't come to fruition. In response, here's a new event. Which isn't an event, it's just skins.
New content is always nice but it isn't always the answer.
There is so much vaulted content that they could bring back every other few weeks for a few days or even a week. Give us something in the downtime.
It's my biggest problem with apex. They have something to keep the community wanting more and don't push for it.
