With all respect. EA support are the worst. I am sure as people they are good people but as workers under some backward restrictions they are just doings things that make them give excuses to get rid of the users.
I got my first email hacked and with steam support help I got my steam account without even needing my email. Tried it with EA : they told me you are very close but some information, that we are not allowed to give you, is incorrect. Ironically the information I gave them were from my file ea data that I requested a couple of months ago...
Finally I was able to recover my Gmail and guess what the hacker banned my apex legends account and on top of that they literally allow him to send them many cases. And after getting excited and happy that justice served and I am finally able to get my EA account back. I spoke with ea support and they literally told me tha stupidest most laziest excuse ever :" the system reached the maximum number of cases and we can't help you"... Imagine someone who spent over 1000$ on his account (beside buying other games from EA), they don't have any system to block someone who opened your account from China and you were using your account for 10 years from north africa. They let him use my account while I am out working for a couple of months, they even let him use a visa card to buy apex coins. Then when he used cheat ( according to the message they sent him), they got him banned and let him abuse the ticket systems. Now I spoke with them and tell them that I can provide any ownership details and show them the proof that get hacked. They told me system reached maximum cases, we can't help you... Steam support in a couple of minute recovered my account when I gave them the information they need and these people just wasted my time then proudly told me sorry we can't help you because of some system. A system that was easily abused by a hacker... They definitely know that the account get hacked but they still accept his money and let him abuse the ticket system...
A user who has been with you for more than 10 years and frequent buyer who choosed to spend his money to support EA and the devs, find himself without any help and a without his account. I grind more than 7k hours in apex legends. These people do not care about their loyal customers and they do not care if we stay with them or not. While some casual player who literally spent 0 money and 100% hacking are still playing the game without getting banned.
