What to do if your account got banned or suspended in Apex.

Hi, if your account was banned or suspended, you'll undoutbtedly want to know more.

Unfortunately, here on the forum we can not assist directly with bans, we can't invesitgate bans or provide more info. If you have a ban or suspension and you want more info or to appeal, you will need to reach out via EA Help.

Afraid we wouldn't be able to provide any information about an account or a ban/suspension via the forums.

You would need to reach out to our Terms of Service team to have this looked into further as that's not something we can do here.

@Midnight9746 I have spoken to the customer service via EA Help, but this is of no use, as I know of no precedent for a player who has been banned in this way to have their ban lifted. Therefore, I am not asking how to lift the ban, I am just stating this matter, and I want to tell the later people through my example, you should not dream of lifting the ban. In 2021, some people have been banned because of this, and continue to now, sincerely advise you, do not use unfamiliar equipment, has been banned players, if you really like it, re-create an account, like me, the new account has reached the master segment, but remember!! Don't spend any money on this new account, except for the first pass, which can be renewed forever

I was banned for scripting a few months ago because I had software for another game I play that auto-opens crates. I got permanently banned for it, and honestly, I think this new anti-cheat system is the worst thing for Apex Legends. I’ve spent over $400 on my account just to get banned for something so minor. It’s crazy how controller players can use devices to abuse aim assist and not get banned, but when a mouse and keyboard player runs scripts, it’s a huge problem.
I love Apex, but now I understand why the game is dying. EA seems like they don’t know what they’re doing. When I used my alt, I had similar software running in the background, and I actually got a pop-up warning telling me that Apex was shutting down because of suspicious software. I never got that warning on my main account though, which might’ve given me a chance to fix things before the ban.
