Smurf accounts at this point are definitely a problem. Never seen as many as the last two seasons. Another problem with the smurf accounts is what it does to MM. The MM doesn't need anything to make it feel worse than it already does.
@NickBeam27Yeah, the mm sees smurph accounts and thinks normal players who are around the same level could pull off the same kind of skills. Then you just end up with new players as teammates VS smurphs.
Edited: Champion squad in this one match is just two high ranked players, with a third who looks like they could be a smurph, (or they're just being boosted).
So December has come and gone and we are now into March, which is pushing it as far as "early 2023" goes. The matchmaking is still complete garbage and we haven't heard another word from Respawn.
