@Ironflower196 The gas doesn't slow people anymore and nothing about Caustic comes close to Gibby's versatility. He has the best offense, defense, and support all in one package. That's why he needs a nerf.
@S8N_Spawn It doesn't blur anymore but it still slows unless I missed that patch note. No one really comes close to gibs versatility, he doesn't need a nerf just because he is good. His size is a major hindrance and not a fun disadvantage that's why ppl hardly pick big boys. Gibs is my 2nd pick for ranked but I don't even play him in pubs because he's not really fun. I'll give up bleed though on his gun shield because it shouldn't eat a whole kraber shot, but really that's it. He has a high win rate but is definitely not OP I mean the guy isn't even in the top half of picks.
as versatile as he is, you really dont see many of them in game anymore with new legends to choose from. with that gun shield up his movement is pretty slow
@Ironflower196 You're hilarious, if you think Gibby's arm shield isn't OP. Off the spawn, the dude lands with a blue shield, just because of his arm shield. If he lands on a blue shield, he immediately has 250HP. Any skilled Gibby player gets a HUGE advantage with that arm shield. If he has red shields late in game, he has 300HP because of the arm shield. That is just ridiculous. That arm shield 100% needs a bleed through nerf (which is coming) and an HP nerf down to 25-50HP. There is a big difference between good and OP. That arm shield is definitely OP.
@AddSolosRespawn A Caustic with that much damage ain't camping much but ok.
@Suttles10 Yeah his arm shield is pretty powerful but that didn't stop him from being a joke in Season 1.
Personally I considered Gibby to be more dangerous with a gold shield than a red one since shield cells work so well with his gun shield. He's also the least dangerous Legend on drop since Gibraltar is the least likely Legend to chase you.
He's unbeatable if you're forced to trade shots with him though.
@AddSolosRespawn Oh yeah he's a problem in the final ring. Just pointing out that a high damage Caustic is probably fairly aggressive. Digging out campers was/is something Caustic's very good at.
- @Suttles10 Lol its you guys who are hilarious because you all actually think his shield is 75 hp, it is 50 hp. If yall want people to take your complaints seriously get your facts straight why would anyone listen to people who obviously don't know what they're talking about. Also don't go head to head with a gibby unless you're team shooting him. I don't understand what people expect to happen when you go face to face with a gibby. Be aware who is close to you when you drop good players know these things it might benefit some to learn.

The only ones against this are gibby mains. Everyone else is against this, even respawn a*s lickers who suck up respawn a*s all day long.
I'll even name drop a few, iTemp, Janks, Zues, Chickenman, Simply Ashton and The Gaming merchant. These yotubers are so far up respawns a*s they could absolutely f*ck the game up and still call it awesome and gorgeous and the next best thing beside sliced bread even they say he needs a nerf and they've killed heaps of gibbies and mained him too (especially Zues who mains him alot)
@DeMiGoD1988 Every opinion matters especially those that use the Legend/weapon everyone wants nerfed. Its absolutely dumb to ignore your opposition's argument by assuming bias.
I don't view Gibby as any stronger than he was after the fortified buff but if he has a high win rate its worth looking into.
If you have anything worthwhile to say I'd love to hear it but right now you're just pointlessly bashing other people.

- @DeMiGoD1988 Lol it never ceases to amaze me how many people use the internet that struggle with reading comprehension. I said he is my 2nd in ranked. My first is path but I play solo a lot so he gets taken my next gibs because of his versatility, he can be useful on any team. If I squad up tho I will typically use Caustic over gibby because I feel he is more useful with a team that knows what they are doing. However if I'm playing pubs I tend to be way more aggressive and use lots of different legends right now in pubs I play fuse a lot because he is such an entertaining character, but I have played Caustic, path, and octane more than gibs. I'm not like the wraith mains who can't use anyone else and abuse the * out of a legend. So the first part of what you are saying is just bs, but thank you for your weak a** comment which isn't worth anything.
Also I don't care what you tubers say I rarely pay attention to them there is only a few I follow. You can't trust anyone with information, I read an article at the beginning of February that said Horizon was a B tier legend lol. But they are probably someone like you and I bet yall would get along great.
