Who picks these release times?
What kind game company launches one the biggest updates in some time at 11 pm est time?? How will this get the majority to play if its so late on launch?

@NoksymonCrying? LMAO I was not aware asking a question is crying. Seeing streamers are the major advertisement of this game its a logical question to ask when most big streamers are on east coast or near. I am sorry my question has offended you. You did not have to click it and open it though you may scroll on.
I would love to know where you see my crying and not actually bringing up real concerns from the game?? Please provide sources of said claim.
