Whole game crashed.
My whole game crashed and I revived a -100rp and a penalty. I have evidence of it happening and I think my point should be given back. is there a easier way to contact someone regarding this or not.

Unfortuantely we can't restore ranked points. What I can do is share an article with troubleshooting steps for crashing & freezing which will hopefully prevent this from happening in the future.
