Why am I being punish for having bad teammates ?

@espadakillar69 Like everytime I die is because my teammates do something very stupid... or the enemy is obviously a smurf shooting like he is a Master/Pred.
So this is not my fault... yet the rank system expects me to go against -43 points in Gold and 1 point per kill until top 13?
This is ridiculous, I am obviously better than 95% of my teammates yet I am stuck Gold with those stupid teammates, tonight my 2 teammates respawn one another far into the ring then scared of running into a team in the tunnel spent 2 rings tryings to go around the tunnel to finally die in zone. That is the stupidest thing I have seen whole season. This is the type is mistake we make in the first season we play. I am 15 season old.

It's annoying to have lesser skilled players but anyone can get to gold so unfortunately we are stuck with that. I had to get past blaming my teammates and resist trying to help in every situation to get higher up in ranked. A lot of the time they do something stupid then I would end up making a bad play to try and help but realizing when that is and not making a dumb play just because they do helps a lot. That's one of the reason I barely play ranked now, it's too easy to get to gold and plat so you end up with not so good players on your team playing against 3 stacks thatre all good and coordinated. Even in diamond sometimes I'm shocked at how bad some people are that manage to make it to diamond
