Why can i not buy some cool skins?

@3dguy247 That Caustic skin was from a very recent event, it might be a while before the cosmetics from that event return. But I'm sure it will happen.
So it is a temporary skin. Right. But don't you agree with me that is weird that you can not buy some cool skins easily, like on fortnite the choice is huge they make good coin on that, and what apex offers in their shop is only a handful of skins what is up with that? They hate money?
Its a marketing strategy so they make more money than fortnite by making you get something fast without thinking about it because you think it looks cool but than you can regret the purchase but you cannot refund it
