Why cant I get a team mate?????????? Game is broken

Stop loading me into game solo when I don't press the solo que option the game is broken and its it not even worth loading into a lobby anymore, I get solo loads way more often than not just give me ...

@Truntson If you're short on teammates at the start of a game, just leave as soon as the legends screen disappears. It doesn't take that much time and you don't have to start that game with a serious disadvantage.
Rinse and repeat.
