Actually i got 10 mins because my game crashed and i got a 5min a couple of weeks ago.
Being impatient has absolutely EVERYTHING to do with your issue.
If you can not wait at least 1 (one !) minute until you leave, you will wait much longer due to the upcoming penalty.
Just accept it and don't discuss!

-Yeah, try that a few times and do the math again. You will be suprised.
Penalties were needed, now we have them and hopefully they stay forever.
You have the choice to wait for your mates, not play with randoms or not play at all - so simple!
