This was the original game for so many people for many years. It was APEX Legends. The game has evoloved and everyone has adapted, and that’s fine. A lot of people don’t understand that LAUNCH ROYALE was the bare bones of the game for a long time. With a little bit of tweaking, this gamemode should be kept for many reasons. The simplitcity of the game made you work for a win, it’s less busy, people worked together more and the legends power is more than just a gimmick. I hope the producers behind the game can put the new players opinions aside, and see how important keeping the original gamemode can be. It was a gift to see it back and I really hope it stays. I mean how much data does it really take up to keep it for old time sake! PLEASE MAKE LAUNCH ROYALE PERMANENT!!!

Oh Jeez, you must’ve started playing the game long before I ever did. I don’t even recall there being a time where there wasn’t a ring to run from. I want to say I’ve had it since the second or third season, but either way the game was better a few years ago compared to today. I agree though, the modern style makes me throw up in my mouth a little bit. the dancing… emotes… its turning into a carbon-copy of fortnite. Its still a good game though in my humble opinion lol.
@aquashroomsI didn't say there wasn't a ring, I said it was slower, and longer. Matches could run a long time. You didn't get eaten by the ring when it moved. Its speed was never faster than a crouched person. You could casually move in to the ring without fear of getting eaten by it outpacing you, because it was always slower than players.
The current one can be more than twice as fast as a person sprinting, can even be faster than Octane stimming. I hate that.
I like the casually slow ring, not the constantly outpacing me ring.
