Why keep changing wraith?

You constantly change wraith and nerf her when she is in my opinion on of the most balanced legends in the game but still you nerf her. Why do you do this because she has the highest win rate?? You can’t nerf or “tweak a legends kit” just because they have a high win rare this is a joke in my opinion and she is really getting useless. I know you added things to wraith to try and balance out the nerf. But she was a balanced legends before. Even her into the void ability or the get out of jail free card was what wraith had unique about there she is a able to escape bad situations but this was not that op she was so easy to track where she was going and she couldn’t see anybody so she could just pop out next to a whole team. And you ignore legends like caustic which is constantly brought up when talking about his op kit but you do nothing just a slap on the wrist to act like you are doing something I don’t know why you continually don’t listen to the people who play your game and ignore the great suggestions to try and balance the game.

anyway this is all I have to on the situation and I hope someone listens to my opinion and if we can get enough people maybe make a change about some of the unbalanced things in this game which is making me dislike the game every new upgrade because I know a wraith nerf is coming. And by the way the havok is still insanely op
