Why me?

Greetings. Can someone explain me, how ban hammer choose victims?

One account, banned because of purchase exotic shards. I live in Russia and not able for straight purchase. I'm forced to use detours to donate. TO DONATE, KARL! I can use codes for apex coins, but there are no options for ultimate+ BP and exotic shards. Support says nothing, closing cases automatically. Useless live chat agents can't help. No letter with reason of ban. Just ban and they like: "deal with it". 

Second account banned also with no explanation. I play since 2020, donated more than 2k dollars combined. Use no cheats, no 3rd party software. Once I got error entering the game. You know because of what? *Drum roll* daemon tools. Then ds4windows also forbidden. No list of forbidden legit software, no warnings. You may start the game and got banned because of industrial engineering software. And you people do nothing about this. No plea would be heard. 

But why I still see same cheaters in high rank games for months? Why I see streamers smurfing on air? 

I like this game, I want to play this game, I want to buy skins etc. But I see no reason to continue. Any purchase may have ended with ban. Anything I do with mine own pc may have ended with ban. Because someone either stupid or lazy to create list of forbidden software. I'm really don't understand what the heck? I know people who got banned for joy 2 key, but still there are options to do jitter/neo and other macro via steam input. And I see it every day.
