Why the imperial guard event issues haven't been solved?

@gonghengqian I am feeling left out as well. That is 9 items owed. I have participated in all events since starting at season 12 1/2. I am not going to participate in this event until I see the items from the last event. I have 8 heirlooms and I play ash but I am putting my foot down and not spending the money. Seems the players are just cash cows at this point. Hit marker reg still an issue with xbox x series which effects getting kills or wins and now this. Smh
