@MoNosDirtyGaming I haven't seen the trailer but I feel like I have to now. You've honestly got me a little pumped for Season 5.
Perhaps I just haven't fought skilled enough opponents then. The highest I've climbed has been Plat 1 and refused to move on to Diamond for stupid reasons. At Platinum on consoles nobody can use the havoc at mid-range. If its in an open field I'll often side step around havoc shots. If I'm trapped in a room with a havoc user then I"ll typically die unless I have a wingman but open field? No chance. The R-99 and R-301 have zero problems dropping me at mid-range so they felt like easier guns to me.
There's also nothing a havoc user can do if you have any cover to step behind.
If they do nerf the Havoc's damage then it'll just become the mozambique in my eyes. I'm not taking a gun that has average damage and a slow charge up time. What reason would anyone have to pick it over the alternator or hemlock at that point? Or did your vision of a havoc nerf give the gun any sort of purpose?

@MoNosDirtyGaming It seems that we just won't agree on these points. Personally I find that neither the R99 or havoc take that much skill to use at close range. The havoc is easier due to the larger mag size and higher damage and the R99 is slightly trickier to use in that area between mid-range and close range. At the edge of where hipfire starts to be inconsistent.
The drawback of the charge up time often means I won't use a havoc past mid game (unless I'm using Gibraltar) while the R99 is a top gun at any stage for any character (except for Gibraltar debateably.)
The gun's main advantage is its insane damage but without it the havoc is trash. If you want to nerf it then you'd have to give it an advantage somewhere else.

While i totally don`t agree with the OP, i kinda don`t agree with you on some points.
Actually to be good with R99, you need skills, you need to learn the recoil pattern and actually need to know what you are doing. But R99 is in perfect shape right now and its perfectly balanced.- 5 years ago@LordloshBang That is EXACTLY my point. I'm saying a gun like the havoc which downs you in 3 hits from any distance should NOT be a thing. The R99 was balanced because you had to hit most of your shots, now you have to hit all of your shots, and reload and then shoot, in the space of that time a havoc has already dropped you without even finishing half of the first clip. Changes in the future should NOT be like that.
- 5 years ago@heme725 I guess so, the havoc is getting nerfed next season though, my issue is that it downs you in 3 hits, it should be like the r99 where it takes MORE than 3 hits to down you, THIS is why it's OP, not the TTK.
If you used the R99 against me and I dodged lets just say, 50% of your shots just for the sake of proving a point, and you shot me for 10 bullets, and then downed you with a havoc using 3 bullets, you would understand the reason as to why the gun is OP as hell and should never have made it through the testing phase with the buff.- 5 years ago@MoNosDirtyGaming The havoc definitely cannot down you in 3 hits.
Also, if you have a situation where an R-99 and a havoc user both start firing at each other at the same time, neither misses, then the R-99 will win because of the charge up time. Obviously an ideal situation like this won't happen, but if you ambush the havoc then you'll win.
It's getting that nerf tho, so oh well.
