Wildcard needs separate stats.

WHO TF CARES? Of all the things that are currently wrong with the game, this is the hill you wanna die on?

I care, it's like badges mean absolutely nothing now. I used to spend hours grinding for 20 kill or 4k damage badge, and now some new gen can hop on, spend an hour on wild card and get it? 

This is the least of Wildcard's problems. The number of cheaters is definitely a bigger one.

Almost everyone has these badges already, so removing them now would be too late. They've already ruined it and it's probably impossible to fix it and take back the badges you've earned. While I'm all for it, I think it's impossible. Now I see people with these badges playing like Bronze players. What am I supposed to do about it? Nothing. They've just ruined it, that's all.

Gotta agree with the others here.

Maybe now the badge is a "spent two hours in wildcard" badge. But before it was nothing more than a "got lucky with the worst matchmaking ever" badge.

I'm sorry you feel the badge no longer has any meaning, but honestly, in a game with this many cheaters and some of the worst sbmm in gaming history, it never did have any meaning.

It's more that this badge used to be a more reliable indicator of who had good skill in the game.

Now I often see someone with the 4k damage badge, but their movement is so bad, not to mention their aim.

There are simply too many of them, and at least half of them don't deserve these badges at all.

Personally, I hope there will be separate badges for DMG and 20 bombs for Wildcard, and the previous ones will be revoked if they were earned in that mode.

Is that possible? I doubt it, but I'm sure a lot of people would want it.

How does someone else having a badge affect you in any way, unless you're breaking the game's ToS by account farming and worried your badges you cheated to get fetch less money. If you're just playing the game, someone else having a meaningless badge doesn't affect you.

You know what does affect everyone playing the game that the devs refuse to address? There's a whole grocery list: laggy servers, aim hacks, recoil hacks, movement hacks, wall hacks, Chronus Zen and similar cheat devices, ping spikes due to the devs' refusal to prioritize stable gameplay over short queue times, lack of regional locks which also lead to unplayable high ping matches, etc. etc.... Basically the devs refuse to grapple with the reality that shorter queue times uber allies will not solve their player retention problem.

They won't solve these problems because this game has always been geared towards TTV, TikTok, and so on. Streamers and pro players have always dictated the terms, not developers.

They're supposed to have easy lobbies, and what about cheats? Until streamers start complaining about it, nothing will change.

A few people posting on this forum have no bearing on Respawn.

One comment from Imperial_Hal or any other streamer, and the developers are on their toes.
