How to contact EA?

Where or who do I actually get to contact someone about help with my account? I've been waiting and waiting, but I never get contacted by support whenever I open up a case to get help.

That's how I originally started a case of many; they supposedly were going to escalate to the proper specialist, and I never got contacted. Now it says case closed.
