Will the flashpoint skin come back out one more time?

I'm not trying to be that one dude that constantly asks if a skin will return to the shop, but both times when it came out I was not active or just not playing at that time, which is why I'm asking this, I apologize in advance for people that are getting fed up with questions like these.
