Yes, absolutely. Really seems like an oversight that it's not there.

Yes, stats page with wins, kills, deaths, etc across all characters combined

I have had the same issue.  I was playing with a party of 2 and in the final circle our random died and left the game while we ended up winning.  When we looked back at our character we did not see the win due to not having full party.

Easy fix is just an app that shows gamertag stats like other games.  Hard to know what character has as stats over time.

Definitely needs this since it's much harder to win the game solo and duo. Doesn't make much sense that it's not already there.
