In principle I agree
Im not against a HIGH skill HIGH reward weapon
HOWEVER, currently, its a low skill high reward weapon = OP
The best tweak, imo, would be to cap its ROF like the Longbow making it MUCH less spamable
If you can get consistent hits, sure, its brutal
But every miss will cost you dearly
@Mad_Dog8762 I agree with decreasing the ROF and maybe we can add a slight increase on the recoil of the gun.
