"What is a feedback forum? At its most fundamental – a feedback forum is a place where communication and collaboration takes place that helps to improve products, processes, organizations, and markets and to engage with end users and employees."
This isn't rocket science. You ask for feedback, so you better respond to it. If not, why have a feedback forum? Whether this feedback forum exists or not yields zero difference for the consumer.
