Wondering when footstep audio is going to be fixed

@Tperodactyl Octane's audio has been dead silent for me. Including teammates, and when I do hear him, it's faint and at that point it doesn't matter anymore.

I also been getting shot in the back and hearing no footsteps, no gun fire, nothing. Only my armor breaking and my health being depleted. Doesn't happen all the time, but it's just like... "How?"
