Worst matchmaking

Not sure where to provide my feedback form to EA so I chose here. In today's Controls game mode, I've play a game that started out from 5v9 to 1v9. It's not the first time happening to me and my friends as well. I wish EA or Apex Legends take this problem seriously, this is affecting my game experience seriously.
