Wraith’s “Ghost Wraith” Skin

Is there any chance of this skin coming back? I wasn’t able to get it the 1st time around and would really like the opportunity to get it again. I main wraith and feel like it is a must have skin for...

Selfishly, I don't want them to ever bring back Wraith's Ghost Skin because I never see anyone else with it and love the skin, but understand the desire to have it and am sure they will bring it back in some iteration or variation due to demand.
