Wraith Buff

I already wrote it in one thread but I would write again. Trying to get attention from devs somehow. 

I main wraith since season 1. I understand that she was too op at the begging but for season 3? I think it was well balanced in regard to other legends. Main problem was that this legends is a choice for a lot of pros so you get a lot of misleading feedback. She will be always in most of the team picks as her abilities are great for herself but also the team. If you play ranked games you probably chose legend by what it can offer you but mostly to the team. Current situation with double nerf is way too disappointing. I can live without double speed boost when you use both abilities (as it was not intended, but for some reason it last 3 seasons!), but nerfing q even more is just too much!! Remember that it is just esceping, u cannot heal or whatsoever and you are easy to track! Combine that with low profile of this character and you get mid tier legend at best. This nerf was totally not needed. Please bring back old wraith or at lest lower the cool down of Q, this is the whole point of wraith!

Also now, u can catch wraith before escape with Revenent, just if it cannot be any worst!
