Wraith Change Idea

So, Wraith isn't supposed to be used as a way to escape every fight, but instead for repositioning. I totally agree with that, except I do find it annoying when I have to wait 1.5 seconds just to get a speed boost. So I thought of a small change that would totally remove her get out of jail free playstyle. Here it is: The amount of time it takes to start your phase depends on how long ago you took damage. If try to phase half a second after you take damage, it should take maybe 4 seconds to start up. But if you try to phase 30 seconds after, there would be no startup time.
