Wraith rift ability should have way to close the portal yourself if you don’t want To keep it on
L1-R1 to turn on in and the same to turn it off
but still comes with the same expiry time.

No, all legend abilities that do not self target affect all players and it needs to stay that way because it encourages smart play and punishes bad play
