Wraith nerf when?

Yeah as a Caustic main, tell you what boy.. if I even see a Wraith she's at a disadvantage. All they do is stand out in the open while strafing and spam the Wingman. I do the same except my 15% damage reduction saves me.. oh wait no it doesn't. For one character this works rather well, for the other.. not so much ya see..on a large character about twice the size of Wraith even while strafing a large portion of your large hitbox stays in relatively the same spot. Allowing poorly aimed shots to land often on the fat man even while trying his best to evade. Fat dudes have an almost non-existent ability to evasion tank. Your idea that Caustic's are dunking on Wraith's is from some cardboard league scenario where both people are standing perfectly still while exchanging fire.

The difference from Fortified is about 1 extra Wingman shot or in most scenarios 2 bullets. 

Ask anyone.. anyone at all.. would they trade away 15% damage reduction and a Sumo-sized hitbox for a Child-sized hitbox and thereby gaining the ability to evasion tank extremely well? The answer will be unanimously yes.

If Caustic / Gibby countered Wraith to the point where they "don't stand a chance" they'd be picked a lot more often.. so try again.
