- @DeathRaven_1983 Learn to aim and she wouldn't have to take "tWicE aS MucH daMagE" for you to finally pick up a kill or two..
- @DeathRaven_1983 between the amount of damage Gibby’s gun shields tank up and his 10% passive damage reduction i believe Wraith already (technically) takes twice as much damage as Gibraltar
no reason to change anything here really - @MIH4YL0WICH His gun shield is his passive ability, which shouldn’t be taken in to account. My reasoning is totally based on the possibility to get hit.
- @Pretzelnutcake Even if I am a pro, the possibility to hit wraith is still 50% smaller than that of Gibraltar.
I think Gibraltar should be able to swallow teams as a whole. I mean this poor guy needs more power.

The low tick rate of the servers exaggerates wraith's tiny hitbox.
If you imagine an enemy quickly dodging side to side, and consider the target area (in screen space) presented to the shooter; the larger your hitbox, the greater the overlap from frame to frame.
Below a certain hitbox area (at a given server tick rate) there becomes zero hitbox overlap frame to frame; this breakpoint is where tracking & predicting motion becomes much more difficult.
Further more, there are target size related difficulty breakpoints due to recoil patterns.
Another way of thinking about the inequality is; consider that apparent size is inversely proportional to distance.
So a wraith at 100m presents the same target area as a Gibby at 200m. Now obviously this doesn't consider the increased bullet travel time, but it's certainly closer to a 2x relationship than the current 105/85 = 1.24x
Counting Gibraltars arm shield that recharges and his Fortified where Incoming damage reduced by 15% and is not slowed by bullets making his ability to take damage with level three shields or higher at around 305. Then you have wraiths incoming damage increased by 5% for being low profile making her hp with level three shields or higher around 190. That means Gibraltar can take about 100 more damage than wraith, on top of that the Shield will block all damage from the last shot that breaks it; for example, a Kraber shot will deal 125 damage, but Gibraltar’s Shield will block the entirety of that damage before breaking, even though it only has 75 HP. So if you can't kill a wraith quicker than a Gibraltar than its either a problem with aiming or the wraith is a much better player.
- @jmpippin The gun shield is a benefit, not a compensation for Gibraltar's size. All other legends are at a disadvantage when it comes to the possibility to get hit, not only Gib.
- @DeathRaven_1983 Gibraltar has almost double her effective health so you already have what you are asking for, if you lose a 1v1 against a Wraith then you were severely outplayed.
@PretzelnutcakeStop sayin "learn to aim". Is that new argument trend for wraith?
