Wraith should take twice as much damage as Gibraltar
The reason is simple, her silhouette is half the size of Gib while standing still. When she’s running, it’s even more smaller.

@DeathRaven_1983 How about you just get an “instant win” button as an option and we will call it even. Wraith has been nerfed more than enough times. Any good player will aim for the head anyway, and the size of the head is roughly the same for all legends.
