Wraith tactical buff

Oh for gods sake pls bring the old wraith back especially her tactical!! That 3 sec delay to go into phase is such a stupid idea its not good nor quick whats the point of that 3 sec delay!!!

    @nabooy It was pretty insane to have an instant escape button. I think removing the slowdown effect but keeping the time to phase the same would be fair.

    I agree with u totally!!! No need for that slowdown effect its pointless

    @nabooy I think when she's in phase we should see a count down to 4.5s. You can stop the phase starting at 2s-3s. If you stop earlier the recharge time is 22s instead of 25s

    Also it'd be nice if she can open doors while ok phase

    Actually, wraith is so annoying to play against, it should be further nerfed.

    Her tactical should get cancelled when getting shot, same like some other characters do!

    Also, her "Low profile" nerf made a lot of sense with her child-sized hitbox.
